PD Bake is double acting baking powder and a very good leavening agent that increases the volume and the crispness of the baked foods. PD Bake consists of slow acting acid and fast acting acid. The Fast acid absorbs the water initially from the dough and release the carbon dioxide gas to the dough thereby increasing the elasticity of the dough. This quickly leavens the mixture and prolongs the shelf life. The slow acid releases the gas when the dough is heated in the oven or on a griddle as and when the temperature increases. PD Bake minimizes the usage of yeast and gives the result quickly.

20 – 80 g per 10 kg of flour (Depends on the results required) |
