The noodle/ pasta should cook as quickly as possible, remain firm after cooking and also should preferably not lose any solid to the cooking water.

Bio Boost strengthens the quality of the flour by providing adequate gluten strength and elasticity as required in noodles/ pasta. This facilitates the noodle dough to be strong enough to withstand sheeting and do not shrink back during successive roll passes and extrusion

DOSAGE 25 - 200 grams / 100 kg flour (Depending upon the quality of flour)
