An excellent whitening agent for millers and bakers to achieve whiteness.  Magic whitener reacts with water in the flour & releases active oxygen, which oxidizes the yellow carotenoid pigments making the flour white and also accelerates the after ripening of the flour

DESCRIPTION Magic Whitener (32%) is white fine powder. (Benzoyl Peroxide – 32 % food grade)

INGREDIENTS Flour Treating Agent (INS 928, 509, 1100).
PACKAGING 25 kg in food grade kraft laminated bags/corrugated boxes.
DOSAGE ALL PURPOSE FLOUR/ MAIDA : 10- 40 grams/ 100 kg flour (Depending upon the whiteness desired)
WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR/ ATTA: 25 – 60 grams/ 100 kg flour (Depending upon the whiteness desired)
