Ojas is developed to treat the All purpose flour/ bakery Flour to overcome the problems faced by millers and bakers. Adding Gluten Enhancer to the flour not only improves strength but also enhances the quality of the flour. As the flour strength processed by some flour is very weak, it cannot satisfy the requirements of customers. Ojas helps to overcome this problem.

DESCRIPTION Ojas is off white free flowing powder.

INGREDIENTS Antioxidant(300), Flour Treating Agent(471), Stabilizers, enzyme complex(1100,1104)
PACKAGING 25 kg in food grade kraft laminated bags/corrugated boxes.
DOSAGE 25 – 150 grams / 100 kg flour (Depending upon the quality of flour)
