An excellent bleaching agent for wheat flour millers and bakers to achieve whiteness. Opti whitener reacts with the moisture in the flour, which oxidizes the yellow carotenoid pigments making the flour white and also accelerates the after ripening of the flour.

DESCRIPTION Opti Whitener is white fine powder. (Benzoyl Peroxide – 34 % food grade)

INGREDIENTS Flour Treating Agent (INS 928, 509, 1100)
PACKAGING 25 kg in food grade kraft laminated bags/corrugated boxes.
DOSAGE ALL PURPOSE FLOUR/ MAIDA : 8- 30 grams/ 100 kg flour (Depending upon the whiteness desired)
WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR/ ATTA: 20 – 60 grams/ 100 kg flour (Depending upon the whiteness desired)
