SDS Reducer is an intensively balanced blend of enzymes used in the production of products made of Atta/Maida to improve the dough molding properties by producing gas and releasing carbon dioxide. The most important aspect of SDS Reducer is that it corrects the flour by facilitating the falling number. It mainly increases sheeting property.

DESCRIPTION SDS Reducer is off-white, free – flowing and non-dusting powder.

INGREDIENTS Flour Improver (INS 1100), Hydrocolloid, stabilizing agent. Flour Treating Agent (INS 920).
PACKAGING 25 kg in food grade kraft laminated bags/corrugated boxes.
DOSAGE 2 - 8 grams(max)/ 100 kg flour (Depending upon the quality of flour)
