Sooji (Rawa) is a by-product of Wheat. Due to high humidity & moisture, Sooji normally decolorize and develops a pungent smell. This is due to microorganisms and fungus formation.
Sooji Plus has been developed to overcome such problems faced by millers across the globe. It controls microorganisms and fungus formation. It also gives an emulsifying effect to the Sooji, keeping the Sooji fresh for a longer period.
