Stuff-up is used for all baked products and is a very good replacer of gluten. In many countries, Gluten is causes allergic reaction for those who are sensitive to gluten. Hence stuff-up can be used for baked products which are gluten free.

Stuff up is very good flour improver acts as gluten by framing a stable network structure in the dough. This property makes the baked products to hold the gas and thus increase the loaf volume. It also enhances the overall quality of the products.

INGREDIENTS Flour Improver (INS 300, 1100, 471) and stabilizing agent.
PACKAGING 25 kg in food grade kraft laminated bags/corrugated boxes.
DOSAGE 50 to 120g per 100kg of flour(Depends upon the end result required)
