Urad is commonly known as urad dal or white lentils which is creamywhite in colour. Whiteness plays a vital role for the perception of the taste and mouth feel.

Urad SPL is a blend of additives and enzymes used for urad /Sabit Maash / lentils wide application in various ways. Urad improver has a dual action specially designed to overcome the problem of dull appearance and it also increases the water absorption capacity massively. It can be extensively used in south Indian cuisine specially Idly, Dosa, Vada, Papadum etc.

DOSAGE 50 – 100 grams/ 100 kg of urad (Depending upon the quality of Urad)
