Vita Enhancer provides mineral iron which is important trace element which is constituent of hemoglobin and important for the production of this substance and folic acid which plays a role in reducing the incidence of Neural Tube Defects by as much as 70%, according to the Child Development Centre.

Vita Enhancer also provides flour improver that acts on the gluten and increases the stability of the dough. This network framed holds the gas formed during the process and increases the volume of the baked food. It also enhances the water absorption capacity and gives the very good crumb structure.
